- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Well I called even after the reviews I read, I had friends go to Dr. Mery that informed me the reviews online do not give justice to the quality and customer care. So speaking with the front desk person ( Jill I think ) I felt like I made the right choice in booking for me and my daughter. "Jill" was so informative and kind to show me the challenges with my insurance which per negative reviews that was the most concern. I was given a explanation sheet and knowing that my insurance sucks, Jill offered even more assistance to call her practice manager to see if he could accommodate a payment plan. This is why I am writing a review, when I called the main office and spoke with Jean, he reviewed my file and understood my situation. Excluding details, I not only found myself and my child in a desperate attempt to find treatment for CEDAR allergies stuck with a high deductible plan, but found a doctor's office that will listen and help with my healthcare limits.
