  The whole experience for me was bad. My teeth never hurt until after I let Dr. Smith work on them, now they hurt, and when I went back days after to tell them that after the work he did my teeth now hurt - he tried to charge me for the discussion. Also, the office girl Angela is so unhelpful, she does not know anything about billing when I was trying to get info on these charges that were not anywhere near of what they told me it would cost me. So far, I would warn everyone not to go to this dentist office in Dripping Springs just too many problems with them!

  I just left here and after not seeing a dentist in years I am so glad I walked in there today. I went in for a problem tooth and Sunny at the front desk was exceptional all the way through my time there she was so thorough! The X-ray Tech and Elaine did such a good job squeezing me in to their already tight schedule to get me in for a full first time visit. Dr. Smith was awesome and normally I have a ton of anxiety when they start poking and prodding around in there but I was quick and painless. I was so pleased with this Dental office I will recommend them to all! Thanks to Heidi too for answering the phones with a smile! :)
